Q. How Long It Takes To Complete Khula Process?

A. When you complete all the steps, it will take within one week to setup and organize the file and go thru investigation, background check, verification of history provided by the plaintiff. 

Once the information is verified, the council will proceed with 1st summon to the defendant, including messaging, emailing. If there will be no response, we will send second summon and thru approaching using multi source to notify the defendant.  

The process will delay, if the council is unable to get hold of defendant. If the defendant, communicates, then there communication starts to investigate and interview both parties and if both have mutual agreement in dissolution of marriage, the case can end within a week. 

There are chances, during the proceedings, several unexpected disputed come-up, will delay the case to go back and forth to settle the matter in peaceful way. It can take between one week to a month, all depends on case.

Q. If the khula case end in back together or unresolved. Is there any money back?

A. As we are Muslims, we obey and follow Laws of Quran and not man made. Even civil court divorce is completed, but the couple is not divorced Islamic way. They have to end the relation by Talaq or Khula, else they will be sinful on day of Akhirah.

A. An academic scholar will not answer quickly without going deeply into situation and then make final decision.

Q. Talaq in Extreme Anger effected?

A. Generally nothing is effected at the time of intense anger, loosing control. It requires proper consultation and go thru question answer interview session.

Q. Do you issue certificate of declaration?

A. Once the case is completed, we will issue declaration letter.
